  11. The reason is that dashed lines are a Windows concept. But Windows only 
  12. supports hairline dashed lines. We decided to implement this feature on 
  13. the Mac but we didn't want to extent it to thicker lines, we would have 
  14. to implement that also on Windows. It might be a future feature.
